Ownership:

The Adani Group owns 74% of Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA). The Adani Group took over management of the airport from the GVK Group in July 2021. The Adani Group bought 50.5% of the stake from the GVK Group and 23.5% from minority partners, including Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) and Bidvest Group.

The Adani Group also won the bid to operate the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The Adani Group operates seven airports in India, including Mumbai, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, Lucknow, Mangaluru, and Ahmedabad.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) in Mumbai has two terminals:

Terminal 1
